All our items are sent first class recorded, with the price being determined by three regions: UK postage, European postage and the rest of the world postage.

The postage rates are set at a flat rate and look to cover the postage of your order.  In cases where the amount does not cover the postage e.g. when several pairs of boots are ordered at once, then we may look to contact you about additional cost.  While we never look to make any profit on postage costs, we do not look to make a loss on them either.

Upon recieveing an order, we will verify the availability of the item before accepting payment.  Once payment is accepted, the item will usually be shipped that same day.  We have found that quite often, our items will be recieved the very next day (UK only), but would usually expect our items to be recieved within 2-3 days of dispatch (will take longer to reach other countries).

Once you have recieved your item, we would ask that you try them as soon as possible to make sure they are the correct size.  We will happily accept returns of items provided that, they are still in perfect condition and never been worn (tried on is fine). 

In cases where items are the wrong size, we will initially look to replace the item with the correct size where possible.  Failing that, we will refund the cost of the returned items.  Please note, this does not include the cost of postage.
